Customer Success Advisor Midmarket, France Autodesk is looking for a passionate and business-driven Customer Success Advisor Midmarket, D&M, France to be a strategic partner to our biggest mid-market clients in the design & manufacturing industry in France. You'll work in a hybrid model, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, Design & Manufacturing EMEA and will focus on the "onboard" and "use" lifecycle stages to help navigate our customers through their software deployment projects.
The focus of this role will be to engage with customers proactively through customer nurturing & planning interactions, driving product adoption, gathering customer feedback, driving cross- and upsell opportunities, and ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes and continue to derive value from our products and services.
Responsibilities
Assist customers by providing guidance and resources directly to help onboard new solutions and to identify and assist at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive towards meeting their goals.
Partner with field sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to lead customer success motions.
Participate in Account Planning sessions with Sales and Technical Sales teams, identifying targeted accounts to achieve success planning activities, engagement strategies, and establish business outcome agreement.
Monitor customer usage data and health metrics and translate them into strategies for success, together with reseller partners and internal sales teams.
Create Customer Success Plans (CSPs) for selected focus customers based on Business Outcome agreement, pre-sales implementation planning activities, and Account Planning processes, and review them in regular business reviews.
While engaging throughout the lifecycle, identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team to pursue cross- and upsell opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of Customer Success/Account Management experience.
Business fluency in English and French.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (including c-level).
Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in or with the Design & Manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Autodesk solutions such as Inventor, Fusion, Vault, PLM/PDM, or Fusion Manage or Experience selling technology solutions from other SaaS or technology vendors.
Availability for occasional travel to client sites or internal QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
