Our all-in-one features cover bookings, payroll, marketing and more, helping our partners streamline operations and boost their commercial success.We have over 1,300 partners in 30+ countries and continue to expand rapidly.We provide our partners with:Our platform - the heart of the system (B2B)A white label iOS and Android mobile application (B2C)An integrated Video on Demand toolOur self-built Smart Marketing SuiteA webshop to up-sell and cross-sell different productsOur first successesSince we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:We've built a community of over 3 million usersFinalised a Series A Fundraising of $4+ million in December 2022Grown our team to more than 120 employeesWe're continuing to grow our team to become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and the rest of the worldWhat your future position looks like:As a Sales Enablement Manager, the main mission is to lead and optimize the sales team's performance through the design of strategies, continuous training programs, fostering cross-team communication, and overseeing the implementation of performance tracking tools.Team Management:Implement continuous training for Account Executives.Provide consistent support for performance optimization.Disseminate sales concepts for bsport.Oversee cross-market contests for team mobilization.Quality Assurance of Demo Presentations:Monitor and evaluate demos, offering personalized feedback.Define sales speech guidelines aligned with the company's strategy.Promote sales best practices across different markets.Product Knowledge Management:Ensure transparent communication between Sales and Product departments.Manage product knowledge, including evaluations and training on platform features.Stay informed of product developments, relaying information to the Sales team.Reporting and Performance Analysis:Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on AE team performance.Define and implement a daily demo tracking tool.Performance Plan Management:Identify support needs and follow up on performance plans until completion.Implementation of New Markets:Implement the team with a focus on newcomers.Establish a dedicated strategy and monitor performance.You will be a good fit to join us if you:Have proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce or business development.Verified experience: at least 3 years in sales, including 1 year in a senior or managerial position or as a Sales Enablement Specialist.Excellent communication, negotiation, and end-to-end project management skills.Natural leadership and the ability to motivate and supervise a team.Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and provide personalized recommendations.In-depth knowledge of the SaaS environment and the SMB market.Adaptable and proactive
