Estamos en búsqueda de una persona con:
Mentalidad estratégica y orientada a resultados: Capacidad de cuestionar lo establecido y proponer mejoras basadas en datos.Habilidades comunicativas sobresalientes: Capaz de construir relaciones sólidas con stakeholders y sintetizar ideas complejas de manera clara.Proactividad y liderazgo: Capacidad de liderar proyectos y equipos en un entorno dinámico y multidisciplinar.Conocimientos del sector financiero: Experiencia en productos bancarios retail (cuentas, préstamos, tarjetas, etc.).Dominio de métodos experimentales y teorías de Behavioral Science: Experiencia en el diseño y análisis de experimentos para impulsar métricas de crecimiento y optimización.Conocimiento técnico en Paid Media, SEO y estrategia de contenidos.Mínimo 3 años de experiencia aplicando Behavioral Economics en marketing o áreas relacionadas. Conocimiento sólido del sector bancario y productos financieros.
Inglés avanzado (imprescindible); se valorará alemán e italiano. Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
About the job: Buscamos un Líder de Behavioral Economics para integrar un enfoque científico y centrado en el cliente en nuestras estrategias de marketing, captación, CRM, optimización de funnels y analítica.
Esta posición transversal será clave para mejorar la experiencia del cliente, diseñar estrategias efectivas de pricing y comunicación, y optimizar la propuesta de valor de nuestros productos y servicios.
Como responsable del área de Behavioral Economics, trabajarás con equipos multidisciplinarios para aplicar principios de economía conductual en la generación de insights, diseño de experimentos, y desarrollo de estrategias de crecimiento y conversión.
Responsabilidades principales: Análisis y estrategia de Behavioral Pricing: Liderar investigaciones y análisis de datos para diseñar estrategias de pricing que optimicen la oferta de valor según los perfiles de cliente.Estrategias de comunicación: Diseñar mensajes y tácticas persuasivas para campañas en web, open market, y customer journeys, maximizando la captación y el cross-sell de productos.Experimentación y métodos científicos: Implementar y supervisar experimentos como MaxDiff, Conjoint y A/B testing para generar aprendizajes sobre comportamiento del cliente.Optimización continua: Colaborar con los equipos de Data/BI y CRO para identificar oportunidades de mejora en nuestras actividades de growth y marketing.Consistencia en CRM: Garantizar que las estrategias de comunicación sean coherentes en todos los canales y generar iniciativas que impulsen activación, vinculación y cross-sell.Contenido y posicionamiento SEO: Supervisar la estrategia de contenido de la web pública, asegurando que sea clara, sencilla y alineada con las necesidades del cliente.Skills: Send your CVDon't miss any opportunity and... upload your CV You will join our Talent Community so that we can send you future opportunities that match your profile.
