MISIÓN •Colabora en la definición, implantación y medición del ecosistema de activos digitales; •Participa en el desarrollo de la estrategia, la planificación y la activación Relacional; •Contribuye a la identificación de nuevas formas y momentos de interacción y el desarrollo de activos digitales.
FUNCIONES ESTRATEGIA, PLANIFICACIÓN Y ACTIVACIÓN RELACIONAL Participa en: •Definición de la estrategia de implementación en Activación Relacional •Gestión de la tecnología de Salesforce (CRM); perfilado, contenidos áreas privadas, personalización y el envío de comunicaciones •Definición del modelo de governance de CRM •Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia relacional de marca MARKETING DIGITAL CORPORATIVO Y ECOSISTEMA ACTIVOS DIGITALES Participa en: •Definición de la estrategia del ecosistema de activos digitales •Desarrollo de los procesos y herramientas digitales identificados •Identifica y comunica oportunidades de digitalización de experiencias físicas •Realiza análisis para proponer mejoras de la experiencia gracias a herram.
digitales, analítica dato, personalización •Influye en la adopción por parte de la adopción de nuevas interacciones, y activos digitales así como digitalización de experiencias físicas Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados: •Grado en ADE, Publicidad y/o Marketing Digital.
•Experiencia de dos años en puestos relacionados.
•Se valorará positivamente conocimiento en estrategia de fidelización, CRM, Salesforce, Oracle, CMS.
•Habilidad para coordinar equipos multifuncionales.
