Nous voulons leur faire vivre des moments uniques au sein de nos aparthotels.Le stagiaire revenue manager s'assure, au quotidien, que notre positionnement sur le marché est adéquat, en établissant de façon dynamique le bon prix pour chaque date et chaque établissement, afin de garantir un remplissage et des recettes optimales.Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez Mise en place de la stratégie de Revenue Management sur un périmètre de 3 à 4 aparthotels afin de maximiser le CA de ces établissements: gestion du Pricing dynamique, mise en place des restrictions des ventes, ouverture et fermeture des canaux de distribution, cotation des demandes Groupe, planification promotionnelleSuivi quotidien du pick'up et des annulationsCréation des grilles tarifaires sur les différents segments de clientèleAssurer une veille concurrentielle précise et proactive afin de booster la performance commerciale des établissementsNouer une relation de confiance avec les directrices(eurs) d'établissements et être leur contact privilégié pour l'ensemble des problématiques revenuTravailler conjointement avec l'équipe commerciale pour les demandes Groupe, Corporate et LoisirMise à jour des prévisionnels communiqués à la directionQualificationsEtes-vous le candidat idéal ?Vous suivez une formation bac +4/5 de type Ecole de commerce, Ingénieur ou Hôtellerie avec une spécialisation en Revenue Management et êtes à la recherche d'un stage de 6 mois (fin d'études ou césure) ASAP ?
