¿Quieres formar parte de una compañía líder el sector deportivo, altísima reputación y alcance global de marca, inmersa en un apasionante proyecto de expansión internacional y de nueva y diferenciadora propuesta de valor para las personas que forman parte de su equipo?Esta es tu oportunidadGO fit está buscando incorporar a su equipo una persona interesada en el puesto de SECURITY SUPERVISOR con la principal misión de velar por la integridad y seguridad global de la compañía, entendida esta como todas las acciones de seguridad que implican tanto al personal de la compañía, como a los usuarios de nuestros servicios en nuestros centros deportivos, así como a nuestros partners y colaboradores.¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?- Realización y coordinación de las auditorias integrales de seguridad .- Identificación, análisis y evaluación de situaciones de riesgo que puedan afectar a la vida e integridad de las personas y al patrimonio, en colaboración con el Área de Calidad.- Colaboración en la planificación, organización y control de las actuaciones precisas para la implantación de las medidas conducentes a prevenir, proteger y reducir la manifestación de riesgos para la seguridad.- Interlocución y enlace con la Administración, especialmente con las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad - Garantizar la implantación de los procedimientos preventivos de control sobre los proveedores junto con el Área de Calidad.- Gestión y control de los Sistemas de Seguridad y los proveedores de los mismos, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento.- Vinculado a la apertura de nuevos centros definir y planificar en el proyecto los sistemas de seguridad anti- intrusión y cctv, así como el seguimiento y la ejecución de estos durante la obra.-Contratar y supervisar los servicios de vigilantes de seguridad; instrucciones internas de cada puesto, coordinación con el resto de nuestro personal responsable, contratos.- Control de los contratos con las CRA y sus mantenimientos obligados por ley.¿Qué ofrecemos?- Contrato indefinido y jornada completa con jornada intensiva los viernes y mes de agosto - Salario competitivo según experiencia aportada - Beneficios sociales: planes de formación, programa de idiomas, acceso a las instalaciones GO fit, modelo híbrido de trabajo, entre otros.- Formar parte de una empresa en continuo crecimiento y expansión tanto a nivel nacional e internacional con un ADN disruptivo con el foco en las personas y su desarrollo.Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados: Imprescindible: - Licenciatura / Ingeniería / Grado Superior - Experiencia mínima en un puesto similar de al menos 5 años - Visión global y estratégica.- Gestión de conflictos.- Gestión de situaciones de alta incertidumbre.
