You are a proactive communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver, able to manage content governance while ensuring high-quality enablement resources are readily available for our sales teams.
You will play an integral role in driving the adoption of new CMS features, distributing Proof Points, and overseeing Digital Sales Rooms' performance to ensure optimal effectiveness and scalability of our global enablement initiatives.What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Own the interaction with the solution provider of choiceManage and optimize the CMS platform for the sales team, ensuring it meets business needs and aligns with best practicesBe the point of contact for internal GenAI initiatives that utilizes our content for RAG ingestion and LLM trainingCollaborate with sales leadership to customize CMS and ensure alignment with sales strategiesDevelop and curate sales content within the CMS platform, maintaining an organized structure for easy access by sales teamsTrain sales team members on using CMS effectively to maximize adoption and impactAnalyze data within CMS to measure content effectiveness and identify areas for improvementDrive the rollout of new CMS features, ensuring smooth adoption across sales teamsMaintain governance processes for content management across a cross-functional GTM team, ensuring consistency and qualityTake direct ownership of the Sales Plays framework, ensuring they are effectively communicated and utilizedOversee the performance of Digital Sales Rooms, enhancing them based on feedback and data-driven insightsActively support a 4000+ GTM Global AudienceWhat is Required (Qualifications):Previous exposure to HighSpot, MindTickle, or Seismic workflows would be a plusBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role, with experience working directly with sales teamsProficiency with the Google Productivity SuiteExperience managing a CMS or an LMS infrastructure for GTM EnablementStrong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible mannerSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Exposure to Business Process Optimization, or Robotic Process AutomationMotivated to solve problems using digital toolsStrong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple projects and optimize processesAnalytical mindset with experience in using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvementProven ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsOur GTM Enablement Operations Mission:The GTM Enablement Operations mandate is to advance the maturity of the existing operating model, establish foundational BI proficiency on core health metrics (systems, content, processes), and achieve cost savings through increased efficiency.
