**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
Buscamos un/a Service Delivery Manager para ayudarnos en la gestión de proyectos y del equipo técnico, que añada valor a nuestras servicios y proyectos.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência como coordinador o Service Manager de equipos de Sistemas, preferiblemente en entorno Microsoft.
- Experiência en la supervisión de incidencias y peticiones para asegurar el cumplimiento de KPI y SLA.
- Experiência en la elaboración de informes.
- Experiência en gestión de crisis o incidencias masivas.
- Valorable tener certificaciones relacionadas con el puesto.
- Valorable nível medio de inglés.
- Valorable conocimientos del cloud de Azure.
**¿Qué harás?**
Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Responsable de todo lo que ocurre en los proyectos y servicios que gestiones.
- Gestión la relación con el cliente en el ámbito del proyecto o servicio.
- Gestión de la demanda.
- Defininición y evaluación de KPIs. Asegurando la calidad del servicio, el seguimiento de tareas, hitos y entregables.
- Asegurar la metodología. Dirigir y liderar las reuniones de seguimiento con cliente.
- Asegurar que los recursos asignados al servicio son los adecuados. Dimensionar el equipo de servicio: número de recursos, capacitación y horas
- Planificar el servicio: tiempos costes, fechas e hitos de facturación.
- Asegurar la calidad de la imputación semanal de horas al servicio. Aprobar las horas imputadas, establecer turnos rotativos y autorizar vacaciones.
- Colaboración en la selección y evaluación de las personas que trabajan en sus servicios.
- Gestionar la rentabilidad del servicio. Analizar desviaciones, proponer y ejecutar acciones correctivas.
- Colaborar en la gestión de oportunidades junto al BM de cliente.
