.¿Eres un apasionado del marketing digital y tienes experiencia en la gestión de estrategias online? Buscamos a un nuevo Digital Customer Experience Specialist que quiera desarrollar su carrera profesional definiendo estrategias digitales trabajando codo con codo para uno de nuestros principales clientes en sus oficinas de Madrid capital. Si tienes experiencia y te motiva trabajar con Brand Managers y equipos multidisciplinares para impulsar la experiencia de cliente y posicionar marcas en el entorno digital, te estamos buscandoResponsabilidades:Trabajar la estrategia digital del cliente en conjunto con su sede central y otros stakeholders, con objetivos a corto y medio plazo.Coordinar y ejecutar con los Brand Managers y equipos implicados las acciones digitales establecidas en el roadmap, asegurando su implementación y lanzamiento dentro de los tiempos marcados.Definir y hacer seguimiento de KPIs digitales que midan el éxito de la estrategia.Planificar y ejecutar desarrollos digitales para asegurar una experiencia de cliente excelente en su journey digital, garantizando coherencia en cada punto de contacto.Diseñar campañas de publicidad digital (como landings y otras acciones) enfocadas en la generación de leads.Coordinar la estrategia de SEO para mejorar el posicionamiento de webs y crear contenidos relevantes para el posicionamiento de marca.Definir la estrategia para redes sociales en línea con el posicionamiento de la marca y las políticas internas de publicación.Planificar acciones específicas para dinamizar las redes sociales, coordinándose con equipos internos y externos.Trabajar con una visión Customer Centric asegurando la fluidez en el uso de las aplicaciones digitales.¿Qué esperamos de ti?Competencias:Visión estratégica de negocio.Orientación al cliente y a resultados.Capacidad analítica y creatividad.Conocimientos y experiencia:Grado en Marketing y/o Máster en Marketing Digital, con titulaciones afines.Conocimientos de software de gestión de proyectos, CMS web, Google Analytics; valorable conocimientosen UX/CRM y copywriting.Capacidad de interlocución con equipos técnicos de desarrollo web, WS, APIs, etc., y conocimiento y curiosidad de las últimas tecnologías.Nivel alto de inglés.Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares.Ofrecemos:Un modelo híbrido de trabajo, con 3 días de presencialidad a la semana en las oficinas de nuestro cliente.Un ambiente colaborativo con oportunidades para el desarrollo profesional.Formación continua con programas internos y externos.Beneficios para empleados: descuentos en marcas, material adicional para teletrabajo, y otros planes para equilibrar trabajo y vida personal.Planes de voluntariado e inclusión social, agrupados en nuestro programa "People Thinking".Sobre SIDN Digital Thinking:Somos una consultora de negocio digital nacida hace más de 21 años, nuestra misión es ayudar a las empresas a desarrollar su negocio en el canal digital a través del marketing y la tecnología
