Nuestro cliente es una empresa multinacional dedicada a ofrecer programas de idiomasEstamos buscando personas jóvenes y dinámicas para unirse a nuestro equipo como International Sales Specialist.Posición abierta en: Madrid y BarcelonaResponsabilidades:Gestionar de manera inteligente y efectiva el CRM (Salesforce).Evaluar y comprender las necesidades de los clientes.Vender programas de idiomas y destinos internacionales.Asumir la responsabilidad completa de las ventas directas.Mantener un enfoque amigable, atento y profesional con los clientes durante todo el ciclo de ventas.Interactuar con tus compañeros en otras oficinas para maximizar las ventas y la experiencia del cliente.Participar en actividades de ventas y marketing para atraer leads de calidad y hacer crecer el negocio.Requisitos:Educación universitaria.Idiomas: español fluido e inglés nivel B2.Orientación hacia las ventas y los objetivos (no requiere experiencia).Haber estudiado o trabajado en el extranjero.Actitud comercial con habilidades destacadas en negociación y persuasión.Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y concisa con los clientes.Conciencia cultural y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Habilidad para trabajar eficazmente bajo presión.Beneficios:- Ambiente de trabajo joven, divertido y dinámico.- Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional internacional.Condiciones:- Horario de Martes a Sábado de 10h a 19h.- Salario: 21000K-24000K.Si estás interesado/a en formar parte de nuestro equipo, esperamos tu contacto#J-18808-Ljbffr
