Dit gebeurt via inbound reacties op leads, outbound contacteren, sociale media en e-mail campagnes. De SDR is verantwoordelijk voor het prospecteren en beheren van een bepaald gebied en zal kwartaalplannen opstellen om de doelstellingen te behalen. Daarnaast leveren SDR's regelmatig nauwkeurige prognoses aan en werken ze de leadstatus bij met behulp van Salesforce.Wie ben jij? Profiel:Een hardwerkende, gemotiveerde persoon die streeft naar excelleren.Creatieve en assertieve communicatieve vaardigheden.Open voor feedback en ontwikkeling.Minimaal 2+ jaar aantoonbare ervaring met de verkoop van SaaS/Services in een B2B omgeving.Consequent halen/overtreffen van verkoopdoelstellingen binnen concrete tijdskaders.Kennis van werken met Salesforce of gelijkaardige CRM-systemen.Kennis van de HR-sector is een voordeel, maar niet essentieel.Zelfstarter met een track record van succesvolle, meetbare lead follow-up en sales development op meerdere niveaus binnen een organisatie.Sterke vaardigheden in het kwalificeren van opportuniteiten, het omgaan met bezwaren en met timemanagement.Getraind in het houden en structureren van een gesprek en in het geven van pitches.Ervaring in het gebruik van social selling tools.Vermogen om te werken in een high-energy sales team omgeving.Positieve en energieke telefoonvaardigheden, uitstekende luistervaardigheden, sterke schrijfvaardigheden.Een bachelor diploma heeft de voorkeur, maar is niet nodig.Vloeiende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Franse taal vereist.SD Worx leeft diversiteit op de werkvloer.
