Job Description Sales Manager – MICE & Leisure (Wedding Background) As the Sales Manager for MICE & Leisure, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and secure business within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment, as well as the leisure market, with a specific focus on weddings and social events. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wedding planning, preferably within the Indian market, and be skilled at building relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business from MICE and leisure segments, focusing on weddings, social events, and group bookings. Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls to build a robust client base. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to secure repeat business. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their event requirements, including corporate events, weddings, and group activities, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Manage client accounts, ensuring regular communication, and providing solutions to their event needs. Event Coordination & Planning: Collaborate closely with the event planning and operations team to ensure seamless execution of MICE, leisure, and wedding events
