Position Overview

Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service and fluency in Italian? We are searching for a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. If you excel in helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

NOTE: This is a temporary 3-Months contract (1-month probation).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving difficulties with their orders or devices.
Use leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines. Arrange technician visits or send additional/spare parts if necessary.
Identify opportunities to discuss and promote new and existing products with clients (cross-selling and up-selling).
Act as a Client Ambassador by educating customers on Client Technology and demonstrating a full understanding of the Client's products and brand values.

Qualifications and Skills
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a Contact Centre environment.
Strong appreciation for excellent customer service to offer the best possible experience.
Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office.
Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations.
Must be eligible to work in Spain.
