You can expect an agile environment in which continuous learning, constant change, and self-organisation are possible.Our teams and the company management meet at eye level.Your Tasks Providing independent 1st level support for the installed systems and solving technical problems via remote dial-in.Daily monitoring as well as processing and communicating via the ticket system with customer enquiries.Carrying out active and individual telephone and written customer support and advice.Technical support in the 1st level area (troubleshooting and fault rectification).Processing and managing customer complaints.Daily, active monitoring of installed systems, data management, and maintenance.Support in deployment and tour planning.Link between customers and internal departments.Participation in company-wide agile objective management.Assembly and repair of all components belonging to the system.Maintenance of the entire system.Configuration of our servers.Carrying out minor new installations and extensions.Proper documentation of the services rendered.Instructing customers on our products.Your Profile In addition to analytical thinking, you are characterised by a systematic and solution-oriented way of working and contribute your own ideas.
