**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at JBT. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining our equipment to ensure it runs at optimal operating efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct inspections, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting in customer facilities.
  • Provide accurate and detailed service visit reports.
  • Create solutions to new technical problems and develop suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Support installations when needed.
  • Coordinate technical communication flow inside the JBT organization.
  • Participate in creating and applying working procedures for service department tasks.
  • Inform of potential improvements and progress.
  • Train service staff on customer equipment.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales force.
  • Follow up on jobs and services provided to customers.
  • Assist sales departments by providing technical information and customer assistance.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years' experience from a similar role or tasks working with equipment as Service/Installation Engineer in the Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Technician within the Process industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours as the job may require, including weekends.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office is valued.
  • Valid driving license.
