Job Summary

As a Service Technician - Office and Field Support Specialist at DIVIS, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers in the logistics and supply chain industry. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent 1st level technical support for installed systems and troubleshoot technical issues via remote dial-in.
  • Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Conduct on-site visits to deploy and maintain systems, as well as provide training to customers.
  • Configure servers, perform minor installations and extensions, and maintain system documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in Microsoft/Linux environment, with knowledge of server, client, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and/or English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
