**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for testing and repairing our company's shuttle systems and mobile racks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Test and repair shuttle systems and mobile racks
- Supervise assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks
- Provide remote support and training to customers on automated systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance (triggered by service contracts)
**Requirements**
- Technical degree in Electromechanics or similar, with solid electrical knowledge
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written
- Available to travel up to 80% of the time, both national and international
- Home-office based for the remaining non-travel time
- Resilient, with a diplomatic and customer-centric attitude
