What will you do in Signaturit?
Working in an international and multicultural environment, your main role as Sales Development Representative includes:
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Contact potential clients also called « leads » through cold calls, emails and other channels.
- Effectively generate & manage a pipe of leads from prospection, to qualification to last touch.
- Set up meetings between prospects and Sales (Account Executives, Partners) or Account Managers.
- Report to the Business Development Managers on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
- Always deliver the maximum level of customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
What skills will make you perfect?
You will rock if you:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account
- Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Rack record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Apollo).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging discussinos and presentations
