Queremos que formes parte de nuestro equipo de atención al cliente para que contribuyas a seguir cuidando, haciendo crecer y fidelizando a nuestra comunidad.¿Qué deberás hacer como CES?·Gestión diaria de las dudas, comentarios y peticiones de nuestros clientes a través de todas nuestras vías de contacto: Instagram, email, teléfono y whatsapp.·Escuchar y entender la posición del cliente antes de responder. Es fundamental.·Asesorar a nuestros clientes de las rutinas o productos más adecuados y beneficiosos para su piel.·Aportar ideas para la mejora de procesos de atención al cliente, sea la que sea siempre será bienvenida.·Estar en contacto con todas las personas del equipo Salad Code para obtener una respuesta más detallada o proporcionar feedback sobre las dudas y preguntas más frecuentes.¿Qué esperamos de ti?·Experiencia como Customer service o un rol similar (2-3 años).·Conocimientos del sector de la cosmética natural, tipos de piel y problemáticas más comunes a los diferentes tipos de piel.·Que te apasione la atención al cliente. Si no es así, por favor no apliques a esta oferta.·Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal.·Capacidad de resumen y detectar lo importante para el cliente en cada momento.
