Someone who's passionate about people, excited about delivering amazing service, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

Meet the Team
You'll join our diverse and driven Customer Experience team—full of international colleagues who are all working toward one goal: happy customers. We support each other, challenge each other, and have fun along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.

  • Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer.

  • Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker (native or near-native)

  • An advance level in any of the following languages: French, German or Dutch.

  • Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.

  • Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.

  • You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

  • A great team player who's always ready to support others.

  • Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
