Workster arbeitet mit einem führenden Outsourcing- und BPO-Unternehmen zusammen, um für den Standort Valencia eine engagierte Customer Experience Specialist Position mit Deutschkenntnissen zu besetzen.

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du Kundinnen und Kunden über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, beantwortest Produktanfragen und sorgst dafür, dass Bestellungen und Abrechnungen reibungslos abgewickelt werden. Dein Talent, individuelle Lösungen zu finden und stets kundenorientiert zu handeln, ist entscheidend für eine positive Customer Experience.

Die Position ist in Vollzeit und vor Ort in Valencia angesiedelt und bietet dir die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen und motivierten Team zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat
  • Kompetente Unterstützung bei Produktfragen und effiziente Lösung von Anliegen
  • Proaktiver Umgang mit Reklamationen und Herausforderungen
  • Betreuung von Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Abrechnungsanfragen
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Kundenkontakte

Dein Profil

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, empathisch und professionell zu unterstützen
  • Kreatives Denken und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Interesse an der Branche und Motivation, sich in Produkte und Services einzuarbeiten
  • Flexibilität im Umgang mit neuen Tools, Systemen und Prozessen
