Role Overview :
As a Norwegian Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Norwegian-speaking customers. This role involves working remotely from Malta during night shifts and weekends, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective assistance no matter the time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer support in Norwegian via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to solve customer problems.
- Stay updated with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements :
- Language Skills : Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
