CANARSHIP, agencia naviera y operador logístico líder, busca un Customer Service con incorporación inmediata en las instalaciones de Las Palmas.
What will your functions be?- Gestión de cotizaciones y bookings y del cobro de las facturas si procede.
- Control de Tarifas.
- Resolución de incidencias.
- Planificación y control de las actividades de tráfico de envíos.
- Control de la operativa de todo el transporte.
- Gestión de bookings con Navieras, transportistas y proveedores.
- Coordinación con el resto de departamentos internos intervinientes en el proceso.
- Requerida formación en Comercio Internacional / Transporte y logística.
- Experiencia de al menos tres años en puesto similar.
- Nivel de inglés medio/avanzado tanto de hablarlo y escribirlo.
