What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of Operations Management Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in Europe, preferably within a High-Volume setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with Fluency in English and Spanish, leveraging strong verbal and written skills.
  • Must hold the Legal Right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in Full Compliance with local regulations.
  • Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively Leading and Inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • Exceptional skills in Improving Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction while Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • A Proven track record of Achieving Financial Targets, managing budgets, and implementing cost-control measures without compromising Quality or Service.
  • Strong business Acumen and analytical Skills, with the ability to Drive revenue and manage costs Effectively.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, alongside Exceptional Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Opera.
  • A strong understanding of Industry Regulations is advantageous.

  • A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages and Refines Operational Procedures to Elevate Service Quality and Maintain Next-Level guest satisfaction.
  • Proactively implements Departmental Strategies and Action Plans, creating a ‘FIVE-Star’ guest experience.
  • Collaborates with Department Heads to Align Strategies with the Broader Organisational Vision, ensuring Seamless and Visionary Operations.
  • Champions ‘FIVE-Styled’ service, ensuring Product and Service Delivery consistently meets FIVE’s Top-Notch Standards.
  • Sets Clear Goals and Expectations for Direct Reports, holding them Accountable for Delivering Boundary-Breaking Service.
  • Conducts regular Progress Updates and Reviews with Department Heads, ensuring Consistent Adherence to FIVE’s Industry-Leading Standards.
  • Collaborates with the Rooms Team to Develop and Execute an Operational Strategy that aligns with FIVE’s Business Objectives, delivering Bold Business and Guest outcomes.
  • Serves as a Visible Interface with guests, gathering Feedback on Service Levels and Overall Satisfaction to foster a continuous Cycle of Improvement.
  • Integrates guest feedback into Actionable Plans, Enhancing the Guest Journey and reflecting FIVE's unwavering Commitment to Excellence.
  • Emphasises Guest Satisfaction during Departmental Meetings, driving continuous Improvement in Service Delivery.
  • Delivers First-In-Class Customer Service and Inspires Team Members to uphold the same Level of Excellence.
  • Provides comprehensive Operational Updates to the General Manager, showcasing Achievements and Proactively addressing Key Challenges.
  • Leads Change Initiatives, ensuring Brand and Regional Business Directives are implemented Seamlessly, and communicates Follow-Up Actions effectively to the Team.
  • Communicates Clear, Consistent, and Motivational messages regarding Departmental Goals to ensure Alignment and Success.
