Se trata de una boutique tecnológica internacional, con sedes en Londres y en Madrid, que desarrolla soluciones informáticas personalizadas. Ayudan a las empresas a transformarse en organizaciones ágiles y a construir productos, plataformas y experiencias de software digital. Ofrecen servicios profesionales y soluciones innovadoras para la transformación digital en diferentes industrias como Servicios Financieros, Sanidad, Telecomunicaciones, Energía, Seguros y Retail. Proporcionan servicios integrales para clientes a través de 4 pilares: consultoría de negocio y asesoramiento estratégico, transformación digital, diseño de experiencias, productos y plataformas.

Hablemos de tu proyecto:

Trabajarías gestionando diferentes cuentas, aunque tu misión será la captación y la gestión de grandes cuentas claves.
Tus funciones clave serán:

  • Venta de productos de soluciones de software (data, ciberseguridad…) y hardware.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto entre cliente y la empresa.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con tu cliente.
  • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos para maximizar las ganancias de la compañía.
  • Desarrollar relaciones estables con las cuentas que gestionas.
  • Asegurar que las necesidades y los objetivos del cliente son atendidos de forma eficiente.
  • Comunicar con claridad, tanto de manera interna como externa, el progreso de las iniciativas implementadas con cada cuenta.
  • Desarrollar nuevos negocios con clientes existentes e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Establecer y monitorizar las métricas clave de la cuenta.
  • Elaborar informes sobre el estado de la cuenta.
  • Prestar asistencia cuando sea necesario para atender las demandas urgentes de los clientes o cualquier problema imprevisto que pudiera surgir.
La experiencia que puedes aportar es:
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en venta de productos IT (software y hardware).
  • Cartera de clientes propia.
  • Relaciones sólidas con clientes.
  • Esto es lo qué te hará destacar:
  • Nivel de inglés alto.
  • Titulación técnica: Ingeniería Informática, Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, etc
