Job Title: Customer Service Operations Specialist

At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a Customer Service Operations Specialist with fluent English. Are you passionate about the world of new technologies? Do you have experience in customer interaction tracking and management? Then this is your job

Our vision for our future Customer Service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

  1. Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot be resolved quickly, and provide updates throughout the resolution process.
  2. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue promptly.
  3. Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
  4. Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classification, improving classification accuracy.
  5. Identify and follow up on common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until resolution.
  6. Track unresolved cases and follow up to ensure closure.
  7. Improve the service process and customer satisfaction based on the voice of consumers.
  8. Timely collect and analyze the voice of consumers to enhance service processes and overall satisfaction.
  9. Be familiar with working in a multicultural environment with excellent communication skills.
  10. Proficiency in office software applications, including Word and Excel.
  11. Strong knowledge in consumer technology product groups such as software and knowledge bases.
  12. Minimum 2 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a similar background.
