Job Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with proficiency in French to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creative software solutions, design, and digital media, and will play a key role in driving sales efforts across Francophone markets. You will work closely with potential clients, helping them discover the power of our cutting-edge creative tools for design, marketing, and media production. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Identify and engage with potential clients in French-speaking regions to promote our suite of creative software products.
  2. Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and post-sale support.
  4. Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing how our software enhances creativity and workflow efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  6. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our solutions.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned region.

Qualifications :

  1. Fluency in French (native or near-native) and strong proficiency in English.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of design, digital marketing, and/or media production industries.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
