El departamento de Category Management en Farmacia optimiza la gestión de categorías y estrategias de mercado para productos farmacéuticos, colaborando con equipos de ventas y marketing.
Objetivos Formativos:
- Adquirir Competencias en Gestión de Categorías: Aprender a analizar y gestionar categorías de productos utilizando herramientas de análisis de datos y estrategias de mercado.
- Desarrollar Habilidades en Comunicación y Colaboración: Mejorar la interacción con múltiples departamentos, incluyendo ventas y marketing, para obtener una visión global del negocio.
- Fortalecer Habilidades Analíticas: Formarse en el uso de plataformas tecnológicas avanzadas como Excel y PowerPoint para análisis de datos y reportes.
- Conocer el Entorno Legal y Comercial: Aprender sobre la legislación y normativas aplicables al sector farmacéutico, asegurando que todas las actividades cumplan con los requisitos legales.
- Desarrollar Competencias en Estrategia Comercial: Adquirir experiencia en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias comerciales, aplicando principios de gestión empresarial.

Aptitudes del Candidato:
- Titulación: Licenciado en ADE, Económicas, Farmacia o similar.
- Idiomas: Nivel C1 de Inglés.
- Competencias Informáticas: Nivel intermedio en Excel y alto nivel de ofimática.
- Competencias Personales: Iniciativa, proactividad, responsabilidad, positivismo, constancia, trabajo en equipo, colaboración, relaciones personales, capacidad de aprendizaje, mejora continua, flexibilidad, respeto e integridad.
El programa de prácticas dentro del Programa START proporciona una experiencia integral que combina el aprendizaje académico con la formación práctica en un entorno empresarial real. Los estudiantes desarrollarán habilidades clave en gestión de categorías y estrategia comercial bajo la supervisión de profesionales experimentados.
