Job Title: Regional Category Manager Rail Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Category Manager to join our team and drive the procurement of site installation services for our rail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement of site installation services for our rail business, ensuring compliance with Siemens' procurement policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize savings and improve the efficiency of our procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of rail business and site installation services.
  • Proven experience in procurement and category management, with a focus on site installation services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
