Desde esta posición la persona se encargará de planificar, organizar y dirigir la actividad de ventas en el ámbito del área encomendada, en línea con la estrategia comercial definida por la empresa. Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y actores clave con el fin de entender sus necesidades de negocio y poder desarrollar conjuntamente ofertas de valor personalizadas que permitan asociarse de forma exitosa y sostenible. Implementar las estrategias definidas para el cliente, controlar el avance y consecución de objetivos. Proactividad en búsqueda de soluciones. Hacer seguimiento continuo del mercado asignado y reporte.

Experiencia demostrable y formación preferible:

· Estudios en Grado o Licenciatura o Diplomado en empresariales o Grado Medio o Superior de Ingeniería

· Negociación con clientes, gestión de proyectos, elaboración de ofertas y seguimiento de las mismas.

· Experiencia previa demostrable de 2 o 3 años en puestos similares

· Usuario avanzado de MS office

· Nivel de inglés C1/C2

· Residencia en zonas cercanas al puesto y/o posibilidad de cambio de domicilio

· Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar

Funciones

· Venta técnica de producto. Responsable final de las ventas o tareas asignadas.

· Preparación de concurso públicos.

· Desarrollo de acciones estratégicas para

· Realización de ofertas

· Visitas a clientes. Actuar como contacto principal para los clientes asignados o tareas.

· Recopilar y analizar información del mercado y los diferentes actores dentro de su área de gestión.

· Obtener feedback del cliente de forma frecuente sobre el desempeño de COMPAÑÍA.

· Asistencia a ferias sectoriales

· Establecer su previsión de ventas anual para cada cliente o mercado

· Reportar mensualmente los KPIS, y anticiparse a las posibles desviaciones, mostrar alternativas de acciones correctoras.
