Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee the activities of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Regularly assess project progress, communicate and discuss results with the CSO and PMO manager, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Actively participate in the application and management of grants, funds, and patents to support research projects.
- Comprehensive project management, including identification of public and private funding opportunities, technical assistance, and project evaluation and justification.
Requirements
- PhD in life sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or Medicine).
- Proven experience in the oncology field, with a strong background in research and development.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
