About The Job
We are seeking an assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the board by preparing meets, trips, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
You will
Plan and book company domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.Create detailed travel itineraries and ensure all team members have all necessary documents and information.Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring cost-effective arrangements.Handle last-minute travel changes and emergencies with efficiency.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation that are required by management.Maintain and organise files, records, and other documentation.Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and expense statements.Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients and partners.Perform other related duties as required or assigned.Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings, including venue selection and logistics.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English (verbal and written) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense management systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
