What to anticipate in this role?

The Travel Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and coordinating assistance operations, ensuring optimal solutions for clients by leveraging networks and expert teams.

The Specialist emphasizes client-focused solutions with a robust digital orientation. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Thoroughly understanding client policies and applying relevant conditions accordingly
  • Advising and guiding customers towards appropriate solutions, providing prompt and tailored support in line with policy coverage
  • Engaging confidently with a diverse clientele, regardless of background or behavior
  • Orchestrating actions to address client inquiries: managing international calls and emails, documenting actions in the system, and ensuring case resolution
  • Facilitating collaboration between operations and internal teams by creating clear management plans and enhancing communication
  • Offering insights on medical claims decisions when necessary for efficient service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with service protocols to uphold high customer service standards
