Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Operations Specialist to join our Flight Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our travel operations teams with daily tasks, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and support Travel Operations tasks, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Manage, escalate, and follow-up on GDS issues and cases
- Work directly with land suppliers for pre- and post-bookings
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Fluent communication in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish are considered)
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus/GDS
- Proven experience dealing with negotiated fares and commissions in GDS
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights
- Proven record in fast-growing environments
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and fast-learning attitude
