MISION:
Serás la persona responsable de acompañar y canalizar la relación con el Cliente Interno y el área de Procurement captando, entendiendo y buscando soluciones estratégicas para las necesidades de abastecimiento, siendo éste el canal formal de comunicación entre las áreas y Procurement.
Serás responsable de alcanzar una fluida comunicación entre áreas, participando en reuniones de control de avance con niveles medios y superiores, a fin de satisfacer las necesidades y requerimientos de las áreas de la Compañia.
Canalizarás las necesidades del negocio, generando acuerdo con proveedores que mejor interpretan la necesidad del usuario, asegurando la competitividad en la elección de proveedores, cumplimiento con todas las políticas de la compañía e identificando oportunidades de eficiencia. Asegurarás la implementación de las mejores prácticas de Procurement, alineado con el propósito de la Compañía.
Serás responsable de la administración de categorías de compras para entregar una ventaja competitiva y generación de valor sostenible en el gasto de AXA, trabajando en colaboración cercana con proveedores claves, stakeholders y clientes internos. Responsable por la relación comercial con proveedores, asegurando el abastecimiento en el tiempo. Activamente apoya la Innovación/Renovación y la mejora continua con el objetivo de optimizar la eficiencia y control del gasto.
Serás responsable por la implementación de las estrategias de Procurement, es decir, monitorear y controlar la ejecución de proyectos de eficiencia en tiempos propuestos y asegurando los beneficios en reducción de gastos, contribuyendo mejorar el resultado de la Compañía.
Serás la persona encargada del proceso End to End de categorías específicas de compras.
PERFIL:
Licenciatura superior como Ingeniería, ADE o afín.Experiencia: Al menos 5 años en Abastecimiento Estratégico asociado a categorías de General Expenses, Indirectos (HR services, consultoría, contingent labor, office supplies, fleet, professional services, sales & mkgt, premises etc.)Conocimientos en Strategic SourcingProceso de Sourcing y Estrategias por Categorías –Proceso de Sourcing Estratégico – Altamente DesarrolladoTotal Cost Analysis (TCO) y Benchmarking competitivo – Altamente DesarrolladoHabilidades en manejo de proyectosPlanificación y EjecuciónAutonomíaEspíritu de ColaboraciónChange ManagementOrientación al servicio y habilidades en comunicaciónComunicación Proactiva atravesando todas las funcionesTrabajo en equipoManejo avanzado de ExcelCoupa- DeseableExperiencia manejo contratos legales con proveedores, clausulas comerciales – DesarrolladoNivel de inglés avanzado En AXA promovemos activamente la Diversidad e Inclusión ofreciendo igualdad de oportunidades.
