Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities, develop and implement procurement strategies, and manage procurement budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Procurement Process Management
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Financial Management
  • Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost savings.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports and analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
