About the Role
The Procurement Excellence Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the Procurement Operations & Performance team at AXA Group. This team is in charge of leading operations procurement for AXA GO, defining and implementing procurement policies, processes, and tools, and developing and maintaining the GO Vendor Risk Framework (VRF).
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Operations Procurement for AXA GO
- Defining and implementing procurement policies, processes, and tools (incl. S2C, Vendor Risks, Outsourcing, P2P)
- Developing and maintaining the GO Vendor Risk Framework (VRF)
- Defining & coordinating procurement internal controls & audits and remediation if required
- Driving transversal projects (DORA, Solvency 2)
About the Team
The Procurement Operations & Performance team is part of the Group Procurement & Sourcing division, which aims to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend (excluding Insurance procurement), while building a high-performance and risk-managed supplier base.
