Planificación y desarrollo de estrategias de ventas y marketing para aumentar la visibilidad del hotel y maximizar los ingresos.
Establecimiento de objetivos y metas de ventas y marketing para el hotel.
Gestión de cuentas clave.

Colaboración con otros departamentos, como el departamento de operaciones, para garantizar que las estrategias y campañas de ventas y marketing sean coherentes con la visión y la misión del hotel.

Análisis de datos de ventas y marketing para evaluar la efectividad de las estrategias y campañas, y hacer recomendaciones para mejorar el rendimiento del hotel

Ser el contacto entre la operativa del hotel y el departamento comercial central, ayudando a balancear las necesidades operativas con el performance comercial.

Ser el contacto tanto del área comercial como del área de marketing con Hard Rock Internacional, liderando en primera persona los proyectos solicitados desde la marca.

Seguimiento presupuestario y pick up del hotel y de las acciones tomadas para la obtención de los objetivos, de forma que tenga una idea global de lo que se está activando en los mercados en cada momento a nivel de ofertas y de promoción

Labores de Desarrollo de Mercado y de Contratación de aquellas cuentas específicas del hotel que no vengan contratadas por Corporativo y que aporten al incremento del Revenue del hotel.

Seguimiento, trato y desarrollo de la relación de cuentas minoristas y especialistas provenientes de leads de Corporativo pero que requieren de un contacto comercial en el hotel.

Análisis de la actividad comercial de la competencia, así como evolución de su producto.

Trabajo en equipo con el Revenue Manager para asegurar que los esfuerzos en precio, promoción y activación de acciones se hacen de forma coordinada en tiempo.

Realización, en coordinación con Dirección de Ventas corporativa, de los Planes Comerciales y presentaciones de ventas para la propiedad del inmueble.

Contacto operativo con los DMC y receptivos.
Coordinar y atender Fam Trips y visitas comerciales.
Atender peticiones especiales de reservas.

Revisión del material comercial (folletos, páginas webs...) sugiriendo actualizaciones y mejoras de forma proactiva, velando por la optimización de los contenidos en todo momento.

Participación en foros y asociaciones locales, debiendo estar al tanto de las novedades en el destino.

Asistencia a ferias y eventos en representación del hotel, así como participación directa o indirecta en las acciones formativas del hotel.

Asistencia a eventos de promoción organizados en mercados origen apoyando a los sales executives como especialista del hotel

Requisitos mínimos Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar:
Estudios universitarios en Turismo, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o similar.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos de responsabilidad en ventas de cadena hotelera o como responsable comercial, imprescindible que parte de la experiencia aportada sea en hotelería vacacional.

Conocimiento o experiencia en varios canales de distribución (ON/OFF) o segmentos (Vacacional, Grupos, HighEnd, Corporativo, Entertainment)
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de interactuar con clientes, proveedores y otros miembros del equipo.

Conocimiento de herramientas y tecnologías de ventas y marketing, como el marketing digital y las redes sociales, siendo valorable el conocimiento de herramientas como Opera, STR o Delphi.

Inglés alto, siendo valorables otros idiomas.
