We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Bolia in Puerto Banus. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Bolia, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our beautiful store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
- Discover and understand customer needs and preferences, using our unique Design Ateliers to find the perfect solutions.
- Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Be responsible for the store when managers are absent, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of interior design and furniture, with a keen eye for detail.
