Actualmente, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Team Leader que trabajará en Barcelona para uno de nuestros principales clientes.
¿Qué funciones realizará?
Planificación, desarrollo e impartición de la formación garantizando su cumplimiento.Actualización del plan de calidad en función de los requisitos del Cliente.Reporte feedback a la dirección del servicioPreparación de informes de calidad y evaluación del cumplimiento del objetivo de calidad.Proposición de acciones de mejora para garantizar el cumplimiento de la calidad, entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.¿Qué requerimos?Grado Superior o Grado universitario.Inglés: C2, se realizará prueba de nivel.Experiencia de al menos 6 meses en el sector Contact Center y en las funciones descritas.Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en Barcelona.Gestión del cambio, capacidades comunicativas (oral/ escrita), habilidades interpersonales y capacidad analítica.Valorable disponer de certificado oficial de discapacidad.¿Qué ofrecemos?Incorporación a una compañía con presencia internacional líder en el sector y en plena expansión.Contratación indefinida a jornada completa de Lunes a Viernes en horario de 12 a 21 horas.Salario según Convenio.Plan de formación y carrera en vistas a mejorar el expertise y el potencial.
