Tu misión consistirá en establecer, aplicar y mantener procedimientos eficaces de gestión del riesgo que permitan identificar, gestionar, controlar y comunicar los riesgos reales y potenciales derivados de las actividades de la empresa de acuerdo con el nivel de riesgo global aprobado por la alta dirección y los niveles de riesgo específicos establecidos.


Funciones:
Coordinar los esfuerzos de identificación, control y mitigación de riesgos en las diferentes áreas de la compañía.
Proponer políticas para una gestión global del riesgo adecuada.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones regulatorias.
Recopilar y analizar información de diversas áreas de negocio para apoyar la toma de decisiones adecuadas
Verificar y validar los procedimientos, metodologías y parámetros utilizados en la valoración de riesgos de productos y servicios

Evaluar, controlar y comunicar los riesgos relevantes asociados a las actividades de la empresa mediante técnicas de medición de riesgos adecuadas.

Elabora informes para la alta dirección sobre el progreso de las iniciativas de gestión de riesgos y cualquier incidente relevante.

Elaborar un informe anual de riesgos para los órganos de gobierno de la compañía y las entidades supervisoras.

Requisitos mínimos Estamos buscando una persona:
Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de riesgos (p.e. ISO31000).
Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas de gestión de riesgos (p.e. Murex, Adaptiv, FusionRisk).
Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (p.e. Qlik).
Conocimientos avanzados en reporting a diferentes niveles.
Conocimientos en gestión de procesos y mejora continua.

Además valoramos:
Conocimiento del negocio y del ecosistema crypto y blockchain.
Conocimiento del entorno regulatorio en el ecosistema crypto.
Experiencia en empresas reguladas del sector bancario, fintech, comercio electrónico o industria de pagos.
Certificaciones específicas en gestión de riesgos, como GARP FRM, COSO ERM, o ISO 31000.
Tener una de las certificaciones de compliance CESCOM o iCECOM.
Inglés nivel C1.
