a. Enables business sales across the RWS offering portfolio, with specific emphasis in multi-country database studies
- In collaboration with relevant colleagues, actively network in the industry to establish relationships and to identify potential opportunities, support early engagement discussions/presentations, proposals and bid defenses.
- Remains current with healthcare market trends including the regulatory and payer landscape.
- Provides expert consultation to internal project teams, other departments and divisions of IQVIA and clients in areas including, but not limited to observational study methods, statistical methods, safety and pharmocovigilance.
- Ensure quality and regulatory appropriateness and acceptance of all service offerings
- Represents IQVIA externally through conference presentations. b. Leadership of the Data Access and Feasibility team
- Manages staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems, and helping the department achieve its quality and finance goals.
- Contribute to the formulation of effective strategic goals for Data Access & Feasibility operations across regions/countries. Take ownership for strategic initiatives within assigned unit of accountability including development of measures for success
- Provide leadership to ensure all Data Access & Feasibility service offerings meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure the improvement of the execution of DAF processes
- Evaluate regional/functional workload, quality and budget metrics through regular review and reporting of findings.
- Collaborate with senior management and other functional leadership to improve efficiencies, project outcomes and quality metrics existing database / hybrid projects
- Work collaboratively with project leadership, client representatives and other functional leadership to manage project related challenges and to achieve exemplary customer service
- Effectively communicate and describe all DAF service offerings to internal and external customers c. Provides and facilitates Epi senior review for deliverables and strategic guidance to project teams and clients throughout project lifespan reflecting experience in methodology, regulatory requirements, market trends and resource-efficient approaches that meet client quality, budget and timeline needs and create impact.
