BIP - xTech is seeking a Data and AI Director to lead our data and AI strategy, vision, and execution in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will oversee data and AI teams, projects, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the data and AI roadmap, architecture, and governance for the organization.
  • Manage and mentor data and AI teams, including data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, and AI engineers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and customers to identify and prioritize data and AI opportunities and solutions.
  • Establish and monitor data and AI quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards and policies.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of data and AI solutions across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data and AI.
  • Communicate and evangelize the value and impact of data and AI to internal and external audiences.
