About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Coach to join our team at BASF Digital Hub Madrid. As a Data and AI Coach, you will play a vital role in driving the AI transformation at BASF and empowering employees with AI skills and competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver theoretical and hands-on coaching and training sessions to employees of varying levels, domains, and backgrounds.
  • Facilitate practical training sessions in data analysis, machine learning, and AI applications.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of the academy's curriculum based on participant needs and industry trends.
  • Monitor and assess participant progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance.
  • Collaborate with the academy team to ensure the program is effective, up-to-date, and engaging.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of post-program support and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Data and AI and change management.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field with at least 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • A Master's degree or PhD in Business Information Technology, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related field with at least 1 year of non-academic work experience in a similar role.
  • Additional prior teaching experience would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a data or AI role, with experience in coaching or education preferred.
  • Proven track record in implementing AI or data-centered projects.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI concepts, proficiency in Python.
