We are seeking a highly skilled Data and AI Director to lead our organization's data and AI strategy, vision, and execution in Spain.

About the Role

As a Data and AI Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the data and AI teams, projects, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

You will foster a culture of data-driven decision making, innovation, and ethical use of data and AI.

As an evangelist of data & AI, you will create a strong brand and reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the data and AI roadmap, architecture, and governance for the organization.
  • Manage and mentor the data and AI teams, including data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, and AI engineers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and customers to identify and prioritize data and AI opportunities and solutions.
  • Establish and monitor data and AI quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards and policies.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of data and AI solutions across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data and AI.
  • Communicate and evangelize the value and impact of data and AI to internal and external audiences.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in data and AI.

You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and customers.

You should be able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data and AI.
