Responsabilités

  • Articuler clairement la proposition de valeur du programme de partenariat et enregistrer les nouveaux revendeurs dans le programme.
  • Répondre de manière opportune et précise aux appels/e-mails des revendeurs, en les acheminant plus loin si nécessaire. Vous êtes en mesure de répondre aux questions lorsque vous avez besoin d'une réponse appropriée.
  • Fournir des informations générales de base sur les produits pour les appels ou les e-mails entrants et sortants.
  • Détecter les opportunités commerciales importantes.
  • Agir en tant que point d'entrée principal pour les contacts téléphoniques générés par les activités et les campagnes de télémarketing des partenaires.
  • Mener des campagnes d'appel sur la base d'une liste prédéfinie de revendeurs.
  • Traiter le marketing spécifique sur les produits et les services.

Exigences

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et de la langue requise pour le marché.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication (orale et écrite)
  • Expérience de la vente B2B
  • Attitude positive et orienté vers les objectifs.
  • Une expérience en négociation est un plus.
