¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Reportando a un Área General Manager, el candidato/a se responsabilizará de:

Supervisar todas las operaciones del hotel, liderando cada uno de los departamentosMantener y mejorar los estándares de la compañía para asegurar el mejor servicio al cliente.Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales y de marketing, juntamente con el departamento de Sales & MarketingDefinir el presupuesto del hotel juntamente con su superior y responsable de la gestión del mismo.Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y formación del personal, trabajando con el departamento de Recursos Humanos para garantizar un desarrollo profesional al equipo y la retención del talento.Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones de salud y seguridad.Administrar y resolver cualquier problema o queja de los huéspedes.Realizar y presentar informes periódicos a la Dirección. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Titulación en Gestión Hotelera, Turismo o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en un puesto de Hotel Manager / Dirección de Hotel en hoteles de 5* y/o lujo.
  • Muy valorable experiencia previa en compañías hoteleras internacionales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de personal.
  • Capacidad para gestionar y resolver conflictos eficazmente.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés.
