Tus responsabilidades:

Apoyo en los procesos de selección: Ayudarás en la publicación de ofertas de empleo, la selección de CVs, la programación de entrevistas y la coordinación de la comunicación con .Apoyo en el Onboarding de Angeliners: Apoyarás el proceso de incorporación de Angeliners preparando todo lo necesario para su primer día (Welcome pack, agenda de onboarding, etc) para garantizar una buena experiencia en la integración a la compañía.Administración de RRHH: Ayudar a mantener los registros de RRHH, reportes, mantenimiento de información en sistemas, etcApoyo en los procesos anuales de Evaluación del desempeñoRelaciones con : Colaborar con miembros del equipo de RRHH para atender las consultas de , proporcionar apoyo en la resolución de problemas y contribuir a mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo.Participación y soporte en la implementación de nuevos proyectos liderados por RRHH.Apoyo al equipo de HR Business Partners del departamento.

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si:

Eres estudiante de Máster de Recursos Humanos o similar. Formación en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o similar. Eres una persona con capacidad de análisis y atención a los detalles, proactiva y que trabaja con autonomía. Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y manejar información sensible. Orientación al detalle y buena capacidad de organización Te gusta trabajar en equipo con personas de diferentes niveles dentro de la organización.Inglés fluido, verbal y escrito.
