**Job Purpose**

The Transformation Engine, as a member of the transformation team, is responsible for the business momentum of the different assigned project initiatives providing a drive toward results and accomplish the mission of each transformation initiative.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Develop and deliver effective informational executive level presentations, typically using PowerPoint.
- Execute quantitative data analysis, typically using Excel.
- Provide Transparent updates on Project and Business Results.
- Distilling a large volume of information into salient points designed for executive decision support.
- Manage resources including tasks, budgets and external resources.
- Facilitate communication at all levels from IAG and Steering Committee to the rest of the team.

**Main Relationships**

All key stakeholders across Vueling and IAG: Transformation Engine Team, Project Sponsors (MC members), Business Leads and other Leadership within Vueling and IAG.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

**Experience**
- Relevant work experience.
- Experience in airlines, consulting firms, or internal strategy functions preferred.

**Languages**
- Fluency in English.
- Spanish is a plus.

**Other**

Availability to travel up to 10% of the time, as determined by project needs and the employee's leader.
