 Job Purpose

 You'll give legal advice to business units on legal general matters.

Main Accountabilities

• advise in regards of 261 Regulation, regulatory, consumer matters and enforcement procedures
• advise in compliance and competition law matters.
• support the different business areas reviewing any type of contract or clause within a contract referring to aviation.
• support data protection matters.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Legal advice to business units (mainly corporate, commercial, customer departments).
• Reviewing and advising on request in relation to contracts and coordinating the execution of contracts.
• Reviewing 261 Regulation and internal assessments to business units and responding to Nebs request and regulatory sanctioning procedures.
• Providing support to the DPO of legal department.
• Support in the elaboration and implementation of the IAG group compliance program at Vueling.

Education

• Bachelor in Law.

Experience  

• 3-6 years’ experience in a Law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational company.

Languages  

• English: fluent.
• Spanish: fluent.

Other  

• Airline contract law course would be an asset.
• Knowledge of consumer and commercial law.
